Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service and secure your appointment, please review our policy below: ⸻ Appointments All services are by appointment only. Please arrive on time to avoid delays or rescheduling. ⸻ Deposits A deposit is required to confirm your booking: • $50 deposit for full vehicle tint services • $25 deposit for all other tint services Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. • Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled with proper notice ⸻ No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. ⸻ Booking Window • Appointments must be booked at least a few hours in advance • Online availability is limited to maintain scheduling accuracy and service quality ⸻ Same-Day Appointments Same-day bookings are available based on schedule. Please book at least 2–3 hours in advance. ⸻ Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service Wraps LA reserves the right to refuse service in cases of repeated no-shows or policy violations. ⸻
